By using Santa Mailing, you agree to these terms of service. Our service provides personalized letters and products delivered via postal mail.

Orders & Fulfillment

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days
• Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days within the US
• During peak season (November-December), allow up to 10 business days
• We recommend ordering by December 10th for Christmas delivery

Refund Policy

We stand behind our products 100%. If your letter arrives damaged, contains an error, or you are unsatisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement at no additional charge.

Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of personalization details and shipping address. Please double-check all information before submitting your order, as errors in personalization cannot be corrected after printing.

All letter content, designs, and branding are the property of Santa Mailing. Letters are for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be reproduced or resold.
